4J Studios on Twitter has talked about the PlayStation 3 / 4 versions of the games.
4J Studios on Twitter said
" We're hard at work getting Minecraft: PS3 Edition ready for testing just now. The other platforms & TU14 will be later."
But when asked
"So PS4 isnt launching with Minecraft?"
4J Studios did reply with
"No, it won't be a launch title."
As a release date was never given for Minecraft by 4J Studios before, this is not a shocking thing.
We will most likely see the PlayStation 4 Edition release along side the Xbox One Edition.
