Ubisoft got talking to Eurogamer and said to them that the exclusive DLC for PS3 and PS4, will stay exclusive.
This means the DLC will not be coming to any other platforms.
The reason everyone did think it was coming to other platforms, was that in the PS4 US trailer last week, there was a part when Assassin's Creed was on the screen that said "6 month exclusive"
