At PlayStation Experience. Square Enix announced that Final Fantasy VII / 7 will make it's way onto PS4. But not as a HD remake.
The game is set to release in Spring 2015. And it will be the PC version of the game and not a full remake like Final Fantasy X/X2 got on PS3 and PS Vita.
